Job description

Job Summary : Keeps the FOH restaurant looking clean and presentable. Quickly and

efficiently cleans the tables to allow for minimum down time for tables to be re-sat.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintains a polite professional demeanor at all times.
  • Sets up and clears tables. Never leaves a table set half way.
  • Ensures tables are clean and sanitized.
  • Pre-buses tables.
  • Keeps station clean at all times.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  • Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.

Qualifications :

  • Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
