Position Details :

• Shifts : 3 shifts required every weekend (FridayMonday)
• Hours : 20+ hours per weekend
• Availability : Open availability forALLshifts!
• Pay : Starting at $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing

Provide mobility assistance as directed by the care plan

Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship

Transport clients to appointments when needed

Report any changes in client condition to the nurse case manager

Requirements :

Active Indiana HHA or CNA license

1+ year of home health care experience

High school diploma or GED

Current CPR certification (preferred)

Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Negative TB test and physical within the last 12 months

Ability to pass a drug test and motor vehicle background check

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks
