Job Title : QA Lead

Location : Naperville, IL (Hybrid)

Job Description :

We are seeking a QA Lead with expertise in CI / CD processes , Tosca , and QTest to drive quality assurance efforts across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Lead QA activities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca .
• Manage and configure QTest for test case management, execution, and reporting.
• Integrate QA processes into CI / CD pipelines , optimizing automated testing workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and resolve defects.
• Provide mentorship to QA team members and ensure best practices in testing.
