Academic Program Manager
Sophos Speech and Academics is seeking a motivated and personable individual with educational experience to manage an after-school homework club.
This person will have an understanding of the necessary actions to both sustain the current program and continue to build it.
This will include, but is not limited to, conferencing with teachers, overseeing small groups of students completing homework, organization of space, parent communication, and maintenance of materials.
Compensation : $40 - $45 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Guide the development and implementation of an effective after-school homework help program that focuses on and promotes students’ success
- Provide direct support services through structured conventions
- Provide group or individual responsive services
- Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, and other instructors
- Available M-Th 2 : 30-4 : 30 pm
Qualifications :
- Proven working experience in education
- Integrity and professionalism
- Networking / Marketing skills
- Ability to respond effectively to the needs of a diverse student pool
- Engaging interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's Required
