Summary :
Under general supervision, Analyst, End User Support Continuous Improvement / Endpoint Architect is responsible for supporting the foundation for End User Support. Responsibilities include leading initiatives in continuous improvement, best methods implementation, standardization across the organization, leading change, maintaining software processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the imaging process and provides technical oversight. Ensures that client specifications are met, relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Evaluates new technologies, develop departmental standard practices Analyzes current practices and develop improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous performance across the department.
