Position : Leasing Professional

Location : Ten31 Living Spaces – Washington Township, OH

Schedule : Tuesday - Friday 9AM - 6PM, Saturday 10AM-3PM

Pay Rate : $18–$20 / hour (based on experience & qualifications) + an average of up to $15,000 annually in commissions, incentives, and bonuses.

• 1+ year of experience in leasing within multifamily housing or a sales role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• CALP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently
• Experience in property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process
• Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
• Familiarity with social media management
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance may be required
