Healthcare Implementation Analyst

A company is looking for an Implementation Business Analyst to create business requirements and liaise between Business Operations and Technology IT teams for new projects and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Support business initiatives through data analysis, implementation barrier identification, and user acceptance testing

Understand business processes and functional requirements end to end while recommending potential business solutions

Lead problem-solving efforts and assist in formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

2 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel
