Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with various teams to deliver knowledge and programs that enhance customer satisfaction

Conducts product overviews, solution demonstrations, and customer remediation efforts

Leads the creation of remediation and adoption programs to improve customer satisfaction and references

Required Qualifications

Experience with CloudSuite Workforce Management solution functionality and implementation

Proven experience presenting to C-level audiences and influencing stakeholders

Expertise as a Solution Architect or in a similar role

Familiarity with software solutions and their integration
