What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to resource in Woodman’s perishable departments across your territory
• Build and strengthen relationships with department managers to grow sales opportunities
• Ensure full placement of approved items and assist with product conversions
• Attend and help lead perishable resets alongside Woodman’s and Certco teams
• Use reports, KPIs, and store visits to identify opportunities and keep shelves stocked
• Work independently while collaborating closely with your team

Requirements : Position Summary

Work in the perishable departments of an assigned territory of Woodman’s’ stores to grow customer relations, improve base distribution, and ensure new item placement.  Identify customer needs, preserve existing business, and look to develop new opportunities.  Represent Certco at all corporate resets working closely alongside Woodman’s store and category management. The ideal candidate will be based out of the Madison / Central Wisconsin Area.
