Business Analyst Or Subject Matter Expert (Sme)

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled business analyst or subject matter expert (sme) to support one of our client's major modernization initiatives. This role will play a critical part in modernizing the legacy as400-based system, critical to supporting $6 billion in funds. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in tax collection systems and proven success in financial / tax system modernization projects at the state, city, or county level. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
