Product Transformation Evangelist
We're seeking a passionate and strategic leader to champion the adoption of the SVPG Product Operating Model (POM) across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, enablement, and transformationand loves empowering teams to build products that truly matter. As the Product Transformation Evangelist, you'll be the driving force behind embedding modern product methodologies through storytelling, coaching, and framework-driven enablement. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to help them operate as empowered, outcome-driven product teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the internal evangelist for the SVPG Product Operating Model, guiding teams in applying its principles to their daily work.
- Lead structured adoption of key frameworks, including :
- 12-Week Discovery Framework (problem framing ? validation ? MVP definition)
- Willingness-to-Pay Framework for value and pricing validation
- Outcome & OKR Alignment Framework for customer-centric success metrics
- Experimentation & Hypothesis Testing Framework for evidence-based learning
- Product Maturity Assessment Framework to track and evolve team capability
- Partner with transformation leads to facilitate discovery workshops, build internal playbooks, and share success stories.
- Design and deliver enablement sessions, learning clinics, and communication campaigns to promote SVPG principles.
- Capture and communicate success stories to inspire adoption and showcase progress across teams.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or transformation enablement.Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.Deep understanding of modern product practices (discovery, OKRs, empowered teams, customer validation).Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment.Preferred Qualifications :
