Manager, Legislative Affairs
Northrop Grumman's Legislative Affairs organization is seeking a Manager to lead third party engagements and advocacy strategy and implementation.
Reporting to the Director of Legislative Affairs for Policy, Political and Advocacy Affairs, the Manager is responsible for developing and executing external engagement strategies in support of Northrop Grumman programs and priorities; internal company coordination in support of advocacy events; and collaboration with suppliers, third party organizations, and other external stakeholders. The individual will be required to engage and develop relationships with a variety of elected officials, suppliers / partners, state and local leaders, and third parties.
This position can be located in the Falls Church, VA corporate office, or the Washington DC office, with the ability to work in Falls Church, VA as necessary.

Primary Level Salary Range : $175,400.00 - $263,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
