Remote Contract Administration Position

This position is responsible for the installation and administration of assigned contracts, including, but not limited to structure building and billing set up, eligibility collection, structure revisions, researching & resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. Positions are responsible for overall contract loading using various databases and / or source documents. May research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions. May include auditing contract loads for adherence to quality measures and reporting standards.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work an 8-hour shift schedule during our normal business hours of 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. This will be paid on-the-job training, and the hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule from Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage intake, assisting with projects
• Triage requests based on status of provider
• Communicate with Care Delivery Organizations
• Communicate with providers
• Process and distribute various different contract documents
• Training internal teams on systems
• Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
• Investigate non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
• Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
• Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
• Other tasks as assigned

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 - $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
