About the Role : Lead with Passion as Our Sous Chef

As Sous Chef, you'll be at the forefront of our culinary excellence, partnering with our talented team to deliver dishes that wow and standards that shine. When the Executive Chef steps away, you'll take the helm, ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to quality, creativity, and precision. You'll master our menu's recipes, plating artistry, ingredient specs, and advanced cooking techniques, all while championing top-tier sanitation practices that keep our kitchen impeccable.

Your day-to-day impact will include :

  • Collaborating seamlessly with the Culinary Director, and your kitchen crew to uphold and exceed our food standards.
  • Inspiring and guiding the team through high-energy services, showcasing your natural leadership flair.
  • Bringing our brand to life through exceptional food, beverages, service, and hospitality that delights every guest.
  • Meticulously overseeing food production with an eagle eye for detail, ensuring consistency and innovation.
  • Keeping the kitchen organized and efficient, while instilling those same high standards in your team.
  • Spotting and recruiting top culinary talent, then mentoring them to become tomorrow's leaders.
  • Contributing to interviews for our hourly kitchen stars.
  • Driving adherence to operational and training protocols for seamless execution.
  • Leading by example with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for team growth that fosters a positive, empowering environment.

  • What We're Looking For : Your Recipe for Success

  • 3+ years of hands-on culinary experience, ideally as a Sous Chef in fine dining or a comparable upscale setting—bring your expertise and let's elevate it together!
  • High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field is a plus.
  • Flexibility to embrace a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays—because great hospitality never sleeps.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Gmail, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ADP, and other systems for smooth operations.
  • Stellar time management and organizational prowess to keep things running like clockwork.
  • A resilient, adaptable spirit that thrives in our energetic, high-stakes kitchen.
  • Physical Essentials : Ready for the Action?

    Our kitchen is a hub of activity, so you'll need :

  • Clear vision, hearing, and communication skills.
  • Strength to lift, carry, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
  • Stamina to stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
  • Confidence navigating typical kitchen hazards, like heat from ovens, cold from freezers, or minor risks of cuts / burns—with safety always our priority.
