Sous Chef

We are seeking a Sous chef for a busy downtown hotel in Newark NJ. The Sous Chef is responsible for kitchen operations including food production, scheduling and labor relations, ordering, menu engineering and P&L accountability while enforcing all food safety regulations, creating new menus for restaurant and Banquets. The Sous chef preferably should have 2 years' experience working in the culinary field, as well as managing in a union environment.
