Compensation & Benefits :
- Salary Range : $75,000-$85,000 / yr
- Consecutive days off
- PTO after 6 months of employment

The Job :
Oversee consistently smooth & professional serviceBe vigilant and hold all BOH staff accountable to standards of excellence & safetyCoaching new & existing cooks and prep team to execute recipes and techniquesPlan and assign food preparation tasks in collaboration with the ChefFood & supplies inventory management including sourcing high quality ingredients, purchasing and receivingScheduling and labor management in collaboration with Chef and ManagementMenu development in collaboration with Chef, Management and OwnerMonitoring and maintaining kitchen equipment; following up on repairs as neededCompetencies & Qualifications :
