Job Description
This position is responsible for the acquisition, expansion, and retention of new Payment business, including Merchant, Treasury Management, and Card products.
Job duties include :
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Seven to 10 years of related experience
Preferred Skills / Experience - Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management and Payments - Well-developed sales and new business development skills - Strong client service and relationship skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently - Active listening and problem-solving skills - Ability to teach customers how to use digital technology
Location
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule. If not prospecting and meeting with clients, there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week with the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $132,260.00 - $155,600.00 - $171,160.00
