Treasury Manager

The Treasury Manager is a key member of the Finance team responsible for managing the company's cash flow, investments, and banking relationships. This role will play a critical role in optimizing the company's liquidity, minimizing financial risk, and ensuring efficient and secure financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of treasury management principles, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Management :

Monitor cash balances across all bank accounts and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and financial obligations.

Manage the company's investment portfolio, including working with and monitoring external investment advisors.

Manage foreign exchange risk by implementing appropriate hedging strategies.

Oversee and manage the flow of funds between subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate intercompany settlements.

Implement and maintain treasury management systems and tools.

Collaborate closely with the India-based accounting team to ensure efficient and accurate cash flow management. This requires meeting with India team, that maybe early in the morning or late in the evening.

Base Salary Range $78,750 - $105,000 USD
