- Incentives through bonus plans\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAs a Hospice RN at Enhabit, you will work closely with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals during patients' final stages of life. Your roles may include working in private homes, residential care facilities, nursing centers, and other hospice care environments. You may also supervise licensed vocational / practical nurses and nursing aides. Key qualities for this role include : \n
- Compassionate communication with patients and families\n
- Keen observation skills and the ability to notify doctors of changes in patient conditions\n
- High ethical standards in all interactions\n\nQualifications\n
- A graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse\n
- Valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and reliable transportation\n
- At least one year of clinical experience is strongly preferred\n
