We’re looking for a? Fleet Success Playmaker ?to lead our Professional Services organization. You’ll guide a talented team of consultants, implementation specialists, and trainers, ensuring every fleet we serve gets world-class onboarding, training, and long-term success. You’ll own the end-to-end client lifecycle—from project scoping and implementations to analytics and transformation—while also making sure our team scales with RTA’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop three core Professional Services teams : Advisory Services (Consulting & Analytics), Implementation, and Training.
• Align every service engagement to RTA’s mission of Fleet Success, ensuring high impact and scalability.
• Be hands-on : understand the daily realities of consulting, training, and implementation so you can coach, inspire, and influence change.
• Champion process improvements that drive efficiency across departments.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to keep projects on time, in scope, and delivering measurable value.
• Manage the unit economics of Professional Services (cost, revenue, profitability) with an eye toward long-term growth and sustainability.
• Build and nurture executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while addressing underperformance with “kind truth” and accountability.

Base salary for the role is between $115k – $140k a year, based on experience. This is a full-time, hybrid role In Office MWF (WFH available on Tues / Thurs).
