Maintenance Manager

Job Summary :

The Maintenance Manager will oversee all plant assets—including equipment, facilities, and systems—ensuring efficient maintenance operations within budget. Will lead maintenance teams in supporting the production of products such as cups, containers, straws, and lids.

Key Responsibilities :

• The Maintenance Manager will lead and supervise maintenance personnel.
• Plan and execute maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs.
• The Maintenance Manager will drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, GMPs, OSHA, and FDA regulations.
• Monitor training, performance, and development of maintenance staff.
• The Maintenance Manager will maintain accurate records and manage maintenance-related budgets.
• Support equipment selection, installation, and vendor relations.
