About the Role

As our Shop Service Manager , you’ll oversee the 24 / 7 maintenance operations of a busy diesel truck repair shop. You’ll manage a team of skilled technicians, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and deliver superior service to our customers—all while fostering a positive, productive, and safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, coach, and support shop staff with TCI’s Core Values at the forefront.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and fleet needs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements .
• Build strong relationships with customers and address service concerns.
• Recruit, train, and mentor top talent.
• Manage budgets, costs, and operational productivity.
• Conduct regular safety and shop meetings.
