Responsibilities :

• Oversee month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and reinforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with external auditors and prepare required financial documentation.
• Utilize BlackLine and other financial tools to streamline reporting and operational efficiency.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support profitability and organizational growth.
• Work closely with management to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and related audits.
• Oversee IT systems to enhance operational effectiveness and maintain data integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience in month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with BlackLine or similar financial tools.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement audits and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic financial initiatives.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
