Senior Manager Of Client Onboarding
We're looking for a Senior Manager of Client Onboarding to help bridge the gap between sales and long-term account success for our digital marketing clients. This role will play a critical part in the first 3 months of client onboarding, supporting cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, strong client communication, and smooth internal processes. This is a mid-level, hybrid position best suited for someone with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media advertising campaigns who thrives at the intersection of client service, digital strategy, and operations.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities :
Own the facilitation of account access and create the onboarding timeline for each new client
Serve as the voice of the client during onboarding to ensure expectations are clearly communicated and met
Support conversion tracking audits and ensure foundational tracking is in place (via pixels, tags, UTM strategy, etc.)

This role is based out of our Austin office. Our Austin team works on a hybrid basis, with three days per week working in the office and two days per week working from home. Work hours are consistently 9 : 00 A.M. to 5 : 00 P.M., Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
