Job descriptionDeliver fun, results-driven classes for all fitness levels Arrive on time to connect with members and prep your space Bring the hype with fresh playlists, creative programming, and contagious energy Keep it cleantidy up your space post-class Promote in-club events and help build our Crunch community Represent the Crunch brand with professionalism, positivity, and passion Work collaboratively with your fellow fitness pros Outgoing, friendly, and motivating personality Nationally accredited Group Fitness or Personal Training certification (AFAA, NASM, ISSA, etc.) Yoga and / or Pilates specific certification CPR / AED certification Preferred : Experience teaching, coaching, or personal training A love for fitness, people, and making workouts FUN Competitive hourly base rate + class premium (average $25$35 per class hour) FREE Crunch gym membership (yes, that includes classes, tanning, hydromassage & more!) Ongoing education, training, and CEUs through Crunch University Advancement opportunities in one of the fastest-growing fitness brands State-of-the-art strength & cardio equipment Functional turf zones & Olympic lifting platforms Group fitness studio, HIIT Zone Relax & Recover zones with hydromassage, tanning, and more Select clubs with cycle studios, 3D body scanners, and saunas
