The Professional Relations Specialist will work to enhance Align’s leadership position in the dental and orthodontic industry by supporting the integration of new educational partners into the Align education ecosystem in North America. In this role, you will… Nurture new and existing relationships with regional, national, and international speakers, Align faculty and Key Experts in the General Dentistry and Ortho Channels Partner with other Clinical Education, Marketing, and Sales team members to successfully manage the onboarding process for educational partners – from a vendor, legal, and contractual perspective Coordinate Align clinical and legal review process for all education content developed to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency Assess and report on key success metrics monthly, including course recruitment, net promoter scores, and all downstream business metrics working with the events and data analytics team Lead the planning and execution of partner meetings, such as advisory board meetings and support the annual Faculty Meeting Work on collaborative strategic projects with marketing and others Work cross-functionally to manage the entire payment lifespan for speakers with FP&A, Supply Chain, and AP, and work closely with these teams implementing changes to SAP In this role, you’ll need … A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred 2+ years in the medical devices, technology, dental or pharmaceutical industry Dental industry a plus, with demonstrated ability to understand the practice of dentistry and orthodontics Strong relationship-building skills, with proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with Sales, Marketing and Key Experts Strong Project Management skills; PMP a plus Experience with legal agreements preferred Experience with SAP payment processing preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent follow-up and attention to detail Position will be located in Morrisville, NCProfessional Relations Specialist • Morrisville, North Carolina
