A well-established acute care medical center in Tennessee is actively seeking a Clinical Laboratory Manager to oversee its Blood Bank operations. Schedule :

Day Shift Full-Time On-Site Weekday Schedule with Department Oversight

What You ll Do :

Manage daily operations of Blood Bank services across ambulatory and inpatient settings

Develop and implement laboratory policies and quality protocols

Coordinate with clinical teams to support transfusion therapy and related services

Supervise scheduling, workflow, and productivity of blood bank staff

Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory management, and operational budgets

Utilize LIS (Laboratory Information System) tools for data tracking and performance reporting

Support lab planning for future expansions, remodels, and new technologies

Hire, train, evaluate, and mentor team members

Identify and implement process improvements to maintain excellence in patient care
