A company is looking for a Senior Director of Academy to lead partner education and enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Academy, aligning with company goals

Build and scale a best-in-class education center with various learning formats

Represent the Academy at industry events and collaborate with senior leadership on objectives

Required Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in managed service provider (MSP) operations

10+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to lead teams

Deep expertise in MSP operational development and consultative enablement

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Wrike, and ServiceNow
