Toyota Resource Manager
Location : Hybrid. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work onsite two days per week. Preferred locations : Plano, TX Detroit / Farmington Hills, MI Nashville, TN New York City, NY New Orleans, LA Ashburn, VA Tulsa, OK
The Toyota Resource Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end staffing lifecycle to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of resource requirements across projects and accounts.
This role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of accountability for staffing lifecycle progress, ensuring no request stalls.
- Govern the staffing process end-end, from position creation to closure.
- Validate resource requirements and drives to secure all approvals (PSA, RR, WPN, etc.).
- Drive profile sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for internal and external candidates.
- Collaborates with multiple teams across the lifecycle, such as :
- Account teams on position requirements, interviews, client submissions, and feedback.
- Global Talent Acquisition & Offering Teams for sourcing strategies.
- Third-Party Suppliers for external sourcing and relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with DXC staffing policies and maintain accurate records in staffing systems.
- Monitor staffing metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Aggressively follow up with stakeholders to resolve delays and remove obstacles.
- Escalate issues promptly and propose solutions to keep staffing on track.
- Build strong relationships to influence and negotiate outcomes when priorities conflict.
- Protect margin for accounts alert CPs on any 'below' margin anomalies.
