Job Description

As a Security Officer Retail Patrol Unarmed PT in Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail environment. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the location using a company vehicle. You will also provide outstanding customer service, respond to incidents, and maintain clear communication, all while embodying our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first.

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
