What You'll Do

As a Supported Employment Specialist, you'll work one-on-one with individuals referred to our program. You'll coordinate and deliver job coaching, support employment goals, and build professional relationships with employers and community partners. Your role is hands-on, rewarding, and full of opportunities to truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect job coaching and employment support.
• Develop individualized plans and apply training techniques to strengthen employment skills.
• Collaborate with employers, families, and agencies to support successful employment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure program compliance.
• Support team members when needed and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
