Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Preconstruction Manager / Estimator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in preconstruction management.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough take-offs and accurate estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Manage preconstruction activities, including budgeting, value engineering, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement comprehensive preconstruction plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proactively identify and address project challenges and constraints to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all phases of the project.
