Project Manager Commercial Construction
Our client is a commercial General Contractor based in Chesterfield, MO. They have been in business for over 30 years and have developed great client relationships which keeps them consistently working with repeat clients. They service a variety of commercial markets. They do projects both locally and out-of-state so there may be some limited travel involved with this role but never full relocation for projects, just day trips every couple of weeks depending on project needs.
Job Description
Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals are met. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Monitor project progress and address any potential issues proactively. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in managing construction projects within the business services industry. A strong understanding of project management principles and practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as project scheduling and budget management software. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
