Specific qualifications : Minimum 1-2 years restaurant management experience; full service dining background - bar, front of house.
Strong financial and management skillsHigh-energy, motivational and fun personalityExcellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsOpen availabilityResponsibilities : Provide knowledge, guidance and training to hourly employeesEnsure that your team members provide the exceptional customer service dailyServe as an ambassador and face of New York Beer ProjectSet high standards for employees and consistently holding everyone to those standardsMake guests feel welcome and importantAddress and resolving customer complaints quickly and with a smileMaximize profits by optimizing P&L and other financialsMaintain inventory and managing food costsHandle difficult HR issues as they arise, including disciplinary action and terminationsGrow guest counts through exceptional guest service, word of mouth advertising and local store marketingEnsure food quality and availability.
