Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and enhancement of intuitive and efficient processes for contact center roles
Reinvent operational processes by applying best practices and integrating emerging technologies
Plan, prioritize, and deliver design work for interdisciplinary projects while mentoring others
Required Qualifications
A minimum of seven years of experience in designing user experiences for digital products or services, or a Bachelor's degree with at least four years of experience
Proficiency in designing service blueprints and process maps
Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into design solutions
