About The Position

• 29 hours per week Monday 8 am - 5 pm Tuesday 8 am - 7 pm Wednesday 8 am - 5 pm
• 10 - 15 patients daily
• Federally Qualified Health Center
• Maternity leave coverage
• Telehealth outpatient practice
• Adult patients primarily 18+ with potential adolescent ages 12+
• New patients 60 minutes follow-ups 30 minutes
• Must be licensed in both NC and VA
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
