Job Overview

The Client Success Representative (CSR) position will develop relationships with large key clients. The CSR role will serve as the main point of contact for external clients and will be the lead team member tasked with client satisfaction and success. This role will also include coordinating across internal Altura MSO teams, clients, and vendor(s) to develop business strategies and drive action plans and meetings. This role requires strong organizational, cross-functional execution, executive communication, presentation skills, and relationship skills, along with keen business judgment to be successful. CSR with excellent organizational and communication skills, and able to identify problems and develop solutions. As a CSR, you will play an integral role in organizing, prioritizing, and executing the needs of Altura clients.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or 5-7 years of relevant experience instead of a degree.

Minimum of 3 years of managed care experience (HMO, PPO, Provider Networks, etc.) is required.

Working knowledge of provider network, eligibility, claims, credentialing, and utilization management preferred.

Must have an understanding of Medi-Cal, Medicare, RBRVS, case rate, capitation, and other payment structures.

Familiarity with the overall healthcare landscape, key healthcare administration, and payer processes.

Compensation

$85,177.54 - $106,471.92 annually

Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. AltaMed is committed to ensuring a fair and competitive compensation package that reflects the candidate's value and the role's strategic importance within the organization. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
