As a Sr. Software Engineer II - AI, you will design and implement the backend and frontend systems that power intelligent, autonomous experiences for enterprise users. You will collaborate closely with AI, product, and platform teams to build scalable, secure, and explainable AI-driven workflows. This role requires hands-on expertise across full-stack development, cloud integration, and AI feature implementation. You will leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and create intuitive, interactive interfaces that surface AI reasoning and actions. Accountabilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain backend orchestration and reasoning systems for autonomous AI experiences.
- Build modern, interactive frontend interfaces (React / TypeScript) that clearly communicate AI-driven insights and actions.
- Integrate AI systems with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and internal frameworks to ensure secure, scalable pipelines.
- Translate AI and LLM reasoning into consistent, testable, and explainable user-facing behaviors.
- Define safe execution patterns, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines for AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, AI, UX, and engineering teams to ship production-ready agentic experiences.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for coding, prototyping, testing, and documentation to optimize engineering efficiency and quality.
Requirements
7+ years of software development experience building scalable, highly available applications.7+ years programming experience with full-stack technologies such as TypeScript, Go, Java, or Python.2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and developing REST APIs.1+ years of professional experience designing and implementing AI-augmented features for enterprise SaaS products.Familiarity with agentic frameworks or orchestration systems (e.g., LangGraph, Swarm, CrewAI, event-driven systems).Experience developing production-grade frontend applications (React, Next.js, or similar).Strong understanding of API design, service reliability, and system observability.Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, and UI design.Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.Benefits
