Novant Health is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide and document assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Whether you’re a newly certified CNA eager to start your career or a seasoned professional bringing years of experience, we encourage you to apply.

  • Emergency Department
  • Nursing Float pool
  • Orthopedic Specialty Care Unit

We Have Flexible Openings Available

  • Full-time
  • Part-time

    • Sign-on bonus available!

  • $2,500 for Full-Time Roles
  • $2,500 for Full-Time Roles

    • What You'll Do

    It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.

    What We're Looking For

  • Education : High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience : One year preferred.
  • Licensure / Certification :
  • Completion of NAI program, required.
  • Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
  • Medication Safety - AME, required.
  • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
  • Additional Skills (preferred) : Basic computer skills for documentation
