What we're looking for : Education : high school diploma or GED, required. Experience : one year, preferred. Licensure / certification : completion of NA I and NA II programs, required. NA registry as NA I in good standing. Current NA II certification with state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within three months of hire for emergency departments and behavioral health units, required. Additional skills (required) : BON health care provider. Medication safety - AME. Additional skills (preferred) : basic computer skills for documentation.
