Hazen is seeking candidates for a Sr. Associate position focused on structural and waterways engineering and project management. Candidate will be involved with a wide range of projects to include planning, design, permitting, and construction of structures in the ‘water space’ (i.e. drinking water, wastewater, water resources, conveyance, canals and ports). Candidate shall be capable of supervising junior staff and managing projects. Candidate shall also be able to lead business development activities including preparation of proposals and presentations.

The position will include client development, project management, technical leadership and staff mentoring in the Northeast and Midwest. Primary focus will be projects in Upstate NY and PA. Fieldwork and site visits from planning through construction may be required with occasional travel.
