Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Engineer to support an ongoing Salesforce transformation initiative, including Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation and various integration projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with a collaborative digital technology team to enhance CRM capabilities, streamline business processes, and support post-transaction migration between two organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and other Salesforce technologies.
• Implement and integrate Salesforce applications with external systems to support asset management processes.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, validation rules, and other Salesforce components.
• Analyze asset management requirements and translate them into scalable technical Salesforce solutions.
• Implement and manage asset tracking, lifecycle management, and maintenance schedules on the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure accurate tracking of assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal activities.
• Customize Salesforce to align with evolving business needs and asset management workflows.
• Configure Salesforce features such as fields, page layouts, record types, and business processes.
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support asset management metrics and analytics.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external asset management systems.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and adherence to best practices for data management.
• Perform data migrations and ensure seamless data flow between integrated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-asset managers, business analysts, IT teams-to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancement, and maintenance for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and asset management workflows.
