Daily schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. or 7 : 00 a.m. - 8 : 00 p.m.; possible night call, no weekend coverage

Practice setting : Hospital and Ambulatory Surgical Center

Types of Procedures : General GI - care of acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions, endoscopies, hospital consults, new patient access

Ages : Adults

Additional information : Must hold active Illinois license and CSR; Board Certified in Gastroenterology; ACLS, BLS, and DEA required; outpatient and inpatient coverage preferred; mix of ambulatory scopes, hospital consults, and ED coverage; open to multiple candidates; travel and lodging available; credentialing time approximately 90 days; Epic EMR; median productivity expected
