About the Role
As a Product Leader in Asset & Wealth Management, you will make an impact by driving large-scale product transformation and delivering innovative technology solutions for financial services clients. You will be a valued member of our consulting team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, technology teams, and business leaders to shape the future of wealth management platforms.
In this role, you will :
- Lead the delivery of large programs and product transformations in Asset & Wealth Management, with a focus on trading, portfolio rebalancing, UMA, and householding.
- Define mid- and long-term technology product development roadmaps, key features, and manage development cycles with clear schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
- Determine advisor needs through interviews, market and competitive research, and stakeholder insights to support user-centric technology solutions.
- Develop and monitor metrics to assess product and feature success, driving enhancements and platform improvements.
- Support implementation of new offerings through requirements gathering, writing, testing, and evaluation of prototypes and pilots.
- Build cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration and drive strategic product vision.
- Provide research, analysis, project management, and UAT testing support for strategic initiatives.
- Synthesize internal and industry data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Enterprise Data teams to co-author technical roadmaps ensuring high performance and availability.
- Streamline development lifecycles for trading rebalancer products, reducing cost and time to value.
- Define and enforce system-wide compliance for non-functional requirements (performance, accessibility, interoperability).
- Source latest technologies and maintain professional knowledge through conferences, networks, and professional societies.
Work Model

Based on this role's business requirements, this position requires 3-4 days a week in a client office in Charlotte, NC or Fort Mill, SC. What you must have to be considered
At least 15+ years of experience in product management or technical product ownership, with emphasis on platform products or infrastructure services.Strong domain expertise in Asset & Wealth Management and Financial Services, including trading, portfolio rebalancing, UMA, and householding.Proven track record in delivering large-scale product transformations and handling wealth management, trading products / applications, including AI projects.Advanced experience in equity, derivatives, fixed income, options, private and alternative markets.Experience with agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Kanban in enterprise environments.In-depth experience in cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google).Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority; skilled in risk management and project leadership.Skilled in rebalance and overlay trading functionality, operations infrastructure, and regulatory compliance for trading and portfolio management.Strong project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multi-task.These will help you succeed
