Growth Focus
Deliver revenue growth through the identification, qualification, and development of new opportunities. This can be within an existing customer base but must also expand to new customers within target markets.Develop and maintain an "expert" level of knowledge on the company's offerings and options to provide creative, timely and profitable solutions to the customer while growing your businessDevelop a relationship and work in cross-functional manner with Production and Product Engineering & Supply Chain Teams, providing solutions and support to the customerDevelop, negotiate and close long-term agreement with accountsAccountable for the overall success of the assigned territory and clientsAdministrative / Internal Reporting
Assist in development of sales forecast and strategic sales targets for the businessDaily / weekly / monthly management of activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results towards targets and establish mitigation plans if targets are not metUtilize CRM and other data management systems, including inputting data and maintaining accurate up-to-date information. Follow all system policiesPrepare price quotes, prepare detailed sample requests, and execute timely sales ordersOther :

Education :
College degree (4 year) or equivalent experienceExperience :
Required : 5 years' highly successful sales experience with demonstrated organic growth >10% / year
Preferred : 2 years' related experience in Materials, Nonwoven or Converting industries and Preferred : 2 years' related experience in market sectors of : Filtration, Medical, Industrial, Automotive, CompositesSkills :
Track record of exceeding company sales quotas, increase profits and market shareMust be comfortable demonstrating products and solutions as well as speaking to technical and non-technical personnel alikeTravel expectation is up to ~50% including overnight travel, must be willing to work flexible schedule.Computer - ability to extract reports from various systems and use with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and Powerpoint to organize data into easily understood presentationsMathematical reasoning - perform mathematical and unit of measurement conversions, knowledge of common units of materialsAttention to detail - accuracy in entering data and in communicating information with others; ability to see errors and identify inconsistenciesProblem Solving - work independently and with others to resolve issuesCollaboration - Work effectively with sales team and other personnel to achieve established outcomesCommunication - Excellent verbal and written communicationMulti-tasking - Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks with deadlinesEqual Opportunity Statement
