We’ve built a reputation for quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction since 2008.
Now, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help us expand our reach and strengthen relationships within the community.

Your Role & Responsibilities Get Out in the Community – Build relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and other industry professionals .
Drive Business Growth – Develop new referral partnerships through cold calls, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and trade shows .
Create a Winning Sales Strategy – Plan and schedule follow-ups to nurture and maintain long-term partnerships .
Host & Attend Events – Help organize marketing events that put our company in the spotlight.
Support the Customer Experience – Work closely with the operations team to ensure exceptional service and follow-through .
Track Your Success – Log interactions using our Customer Resource Management (CRM) tools to measure growth and outreach efforts.
Who We’re Looking For Experienced Marketers & Sales Pros – If you have a background in B2B sales, field marketing, or networking , you’ll hit the ground running.
Motivated Beginners – If you’re new to sales, marketing, or business development , we will train you from the ground up —all you need is drive, confidence, and a willingness to learn .

Requirements High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required) Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record Ability to Pass a Background Check 2+ Years of B2B Sales Experience Preferred (but NOT required) Experience in the Restoration Industry is a Plus Ready to Build a Career with Unlimited Potential?
