Key Responsibilities :

Operational & Installation Management :

• Lead, supervise, and train enhancement crews in all aspects of landscape installation with a strong focus on jobsite safety and productivity.
• Execute contracted scope of work including plantings, turf, irrigation, and hardscape elements according to plans and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and project specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform manual tasks including digging, tilling, planting, raking, watering, and general site clean-up.
• Handle and transport bulk and bagged landscape materials and equipment.
