Skill : As part of the QE function, the overall focus of the group is on competitive market and customer requirements, technology advances, product quality, product cost and time-to-market. This position requires an individual who is creative, team-oriented, a quick learner and driven to produce results.Essential FunctionsYou will be responsible for working as part of QE team to :

• Gather & analyze test requirements based on the business requirements
• Develop, Implement and Execute test plan / test cases in an Agile SDLC environment
• Estimate the QE work involved on the projects
• Develop Test Scripts for Automation and prepare Test reports
• Facilitate Defect triage process and help in resolving release / project issues
• Work with Development groups to identify and resolve problems
• Seek out expertise, knowledge, and resources to develop solutions to problems
• Participate in technical discussions within QE team as well as with other groups associated with assigned projects
• Provide inputs to project delivery process improvements
• Provide technical help / guidance to other QE members
• Manage end to end QE delivery of the project including 3rd party integrations
• Work on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned that will contribute towards team, department, and company goals
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctualityExperience :
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering space including 4+ years in Test Automation
• 3+ years of experience in Selenium Web Driver, Xpath, Junit / TestNG, QTP, Cucumber Feature File and Ruby Step Definition
• 2+ years hands-on Experience in OO languages and API testing
• 2+ years working experience in Agile SDLC, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to write and interpret Regular Expressions
• 2+ years DB Experience - SQL, schema design, etc
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Work experience using an industry standard source control management system (SCM)
• 3+ years of experience in e-Commerce industry preferred
• 1+ year of experience in PL / SQL preferred
• 2+ year experience in Ruby Development experience preferred
• Experience working in cross functional teams
• 2+ year experience in git or svn SCM systems preferredEducation :
• BS degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or higher required
