Luxury Hotel Security Officer
Schedule : Saturday - Sunday (7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM) dayshift
Saturday - Sunday(3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM) mid-shift
Saturday - Sunday(11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM) overnights
Location : Boston, MA
Pay rate : $24.50 - 27.00 Hourly
Signal of New England is currently on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-centric Security Officer to join our esteemed team at one of our flagship sites nestled in the heart of Downtown Boston, only a three minute walk from the Back Bay Station.
Situated in a luxurious 5-Star hotel, you'll enjoy the privilege of working in a deluxe environment, offering unparalleled service and security.
In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team and hotel staff, synergizing efforts to enhance the guest experience with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Your primary station will be at the security office and postings throughout the building while conducting rounds. Where you'll deliver top-tier safety and security services, ensuring a seamless and secure environment for all patrons.

Job Description :
As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Monitoring premises through patrols or surveillance systems
- Enforcing access control measures and verifying individuals' credentials
- Responding to alarms and emergency situations promptly and effectively
- Writing detailed incident reports
- Providing excellent customer service and assistance to visitors and employees
- Collaborating with local law enforcement when necessary
Requirements :
- Professional attire is required (suit & tie)
- Be able to pass a drug test
- Responsible, dependable and punctual
- Independent and team player skills
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Observant and detail oriented
