Synergy Care is adding an additional speech language pathologist to our staff at our long-term care facility in Baytown, TX. Whether you are an experienced therapist or a CF, we would love to have you join our team.

Job Description :

• Conducting assessments

Evaluating patients to determine eligibility for therapy and developing individualized treatment plans.

Planning and executing therapy sessions that address communication and swallowing disorders.

Keeping detailed records of patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Working with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and other therapists, to provide comprehensive care.

Educating patients and their families about communication strategies and techniques to support progress outside of therapy sessions.

Engaging in continuous professional development and staying informed about advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
